A childrens book titled “The Monstrous Book of Monsters” by Libby Hamilton was co-illustrated by our Aleksei and will be published soon. Book also includes work by Jonny Duddle. Watch out, it’s full of freaky monsters, is out 1st Spetember 2011 and you can already pre-order it on Amazon!

A novel by Julia Jarman, illustrated by our one and only Aleksei will be published next year. It’s named “Pillywiggins and The Tree Witch”. The award winning writer Julia Jarman has been writing for over fifteen years and in that time has written ten novels and over seventy shorter books.

We are happy to announce that our illustrator Aleksei will be featured in the Cheltenham Illustration Awards exhibition.
The Awards are administrated by the Illustration Field at the University of Gloucestershire, UK attracting hundreds of entrants each year and we are very proud that Aleksei was chosen to be featured in the exhibition. This year’s theme was “Travellers Tales” and the result is below…

Another year and yet another Macmillan Prize competition – an very significant award for picture book artists.
Competing versus amazing illustrators from across the country is not easy, but our illustrator Aleksei has done it by taking third place in the competition. The the general exhibition will take place from Tuesday 18th to Friday 21st May at The Gallery of Foyles on Charing Cross Road, London.
